We do not pass on personal information to any 3rd party other than for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed with GreenFern. GreenFern does not sell mailing lists. Customer credit and debit card details are not disclosed to 3rd party entities.

We do not store credit card details for orders placed using the”shopping cart”.

Phone orders require us to use a “Virtual Terminal” connected to a Merchant Account. Any customer credit or debit card details taken for the purposes of the transaction are shredded upon completion of the order.

We may use technology to track the patterns of visits to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser, this can usually be modified to prevent this from happening.
