Our online store is open and we’re able to take and fulfil orders but to keep everyone safe some things have had to change.

When your order is delivered the driver will knock on your door, put the parcel down and step back. You won’t be asked to sign but the driver will ask for your name and may take a photo to prove you have accepted the parcel. For bigger items the driver will put you delivery only where he is able to without assistance. For the heaviest of our products please remember you will need at least 2 strong people to unpack and move them once the driver has left. Please confirm with the delivery driver how many parcels your order consists of. If your delivery looks damaged in anyway ask the driver to note this down, please also notify us immediately.

Our suppliers are also having to work differently and this may mean that orders are a little delayed at the very start of the process, we do our best to minimise this but keeping everyone safe has to be the priority. If your order is urgent please talk to us first.

If you are shielding please make sure we are aware of this when you place your order. If you are isolating because of a possible Covid-19 infection or you have tested positive please make sure we know in advance of your delivery and please do not put the delivery driver at risk.

We will do our best to ensure you receive your order smoothly but things can change very rapidly and we ask you to be understanding if to keep you, our suppliers, our staff and the wider community safe plans are changed at short notice.
